One of the Mid-Atlantics most respected truck dealers with three locations and multiple franchises, Colonial Truck is enjoying it's 46th year and is seeking a top notch Service Manager to lead Heavy and Light Duty shops. The applicant will be responsible for creating an environment where quality support staff and highly trained and motivated technicians will assure 100% completely satisfied customers. The ability to increase employee satisfaction and, not only retain, but grow the business is paramount. Prior experience with Heavy and Light Truck repair required. Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in a service management role. Experience with Ford a definite positive and ADP a real plus! Must have good organizational and people skills. Applicant must understand what it takes to make a large service department successful and profitable.
