Job Responsibilities: |
- Hiring and managing all service department employees, as well as monitoring their performance
- Creating goals and new objectives, including managing the budget and a marketing plan promoting new and repeat business
- Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and acting as liaison with factory representative
- Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and within dealership policies

Job Requirements: |
- CSI driven, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience
- 10+ years of progressive dealership experience
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven, demonstrable track record in customer service and in leadership skills
- Previous experience maintaining department profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Understand and comply with the federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to OSHA regulations and hazardous waste disposal, and ethical practices
- Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record
