Great opportunity for a highly energetic and motivated Service Director with a proven track record. We are currently seeking a candidate to lead, implement and maintain our processes for a large team of service advisors and technician to provide the best service for our customers.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and managing all service department employees, as well as monitoring their performance 
  • Creating goals and new objectives, including managing the budget and a marketing plan promoting new and repeat business 
  • Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and acting as liaison with factory representative 
  • Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and within dealership policies 
Job Requirements:
  • CSI driven, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience 
  • 10+ years of progressive dealership experience 
  • Professional attitude and appearance 
  • Superior customer service skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Proven, demonstrable track record in customer service and in leadership skills 
  • Previous experience maintaining department profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining high customer satisfaction 
  • Understand and comply with the federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to OSHA regulations and hazardous waste disposal, and ethical practices 
  • Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record
