Have experience in a customer service setting (able to do most Microsoft programs, especially Excel) or willing to learn Be able to work under pressure and at a quick pace Be flexible with availability and hours Have good time management skills Dress professionally at all times Be self motivated and take initiative Work well with others as well as alone Be able to work thoroughly and accurately as well as quickly Have Strong organizational skills Great phone etiquette and voice Excellent oral and written skills Pleasant demeanor Personable and charismatic Able to multi-task Be consistent Have a positive attitude
