Service Advisor

Qualified applicant will be responsible for meeting and/or scheduling customers and dealing with customer requirements, supplying quotes pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. Working as part of a team aside the service manager, advisor(s) and numerous certified technicians in a well-equipped service area, this position must emphasize outstanding customer service while selling proper products, recommended services, benefits and product features.

Ideal candidate must have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized Customer oriented Must have strong sales and CSI skills Prior dealership service experience a plus but not required

Applicant will be subject to a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Background Check. Annual pay potential up to $60,000.
