Job Description

The mission of the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is to present and articulate a menu of financial service options to the customer in order to optimize the transaction, and to also offer product protection choices in support of the purchase. Working as a key member of our team, he/she routinely collaborates with the sales team and General Manager in order to maintain leading-edge knowledge for consultations with our customers.

The successful F&I Manager achieves outstanding customer service delivery level within strict legal compliance and with unwavering ethics. He/she accomplishes this by providing a true value-add to the closing support function of the sales life cycle.

The ideal candidate for this position is a superior communicator who is expert at building customer rapport and effecting profitable closure for the enterprise. In addition, he/she will have a four year college degree (desired) and two years of Finance and Insurance experience.

We will be conducting paid comprehensive training prior to our opening by representatives of the Motor Trend Certified program.

This is a ground floor opportunity to become part of the Warren Henry Auto Group in its partnership with Motor Trend.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

Review customer credit application and credit report  Present financing options in a clear and concise fashion  Prepare loan documents  Prepare delivery documentation  Prepare DMV documents  Prepare other state and federal documents as appropriate  Act as facilitator for any questions that may arise during the process  Collaborate with dealership team to stay leading-edge sharp  Maintain current knowledge base with regard to all financial instruments and value-add products/services  Perform other duties as required

Desired Skills & Experience

This is a new position with a start-up venture that will be a ground floor opportunity to launch the Motor Trend CPO concept in South Florida with the Warren Henry Auto Group. We need someone with a great attitude, excellent communication skills; both written and oral. This job will require someone to have a good knowledge of the retail automotive environment in terms of general automotive related vehicle aspects and strong understanding of F&I processes and products sold to customers as a part of the purchase and finance experience. This role will require someone who is comfortable with multi-tasking and filling in many areas to get the job done and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will live in the Broward County / South Florida area. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
