We are currently recruiting for Member Services Representatives for our Atlanta, GA call center. Successful candidates should be high energy individuals who can provide our customers with WORLD CLASS customer service which ensures customer satisfaction while promoting loyalty.
 
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Receive and respond to routine customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns relating to service contract coverage and claims in a call center environment
  • Provide routine information and support to agents, dealers, and repair facilities relating to dealer labor rates, coverage, claim status, and claim payments
  • Provide customer(s) with rental, roadside assistance benefit information
  • Research and update customer information resulting from returned validation cards for contract fulfillment purposes
  • Provide cancellation quotes to consumers as requested
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years minimum recent related customer service experience
  • Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task between various computer application screens at a time
  • Ability to handle high volume call center environment while maintaining service standards and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Knowledge of automotive repair industry a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Understanding of claims systems and utilizes them effectively to resolve customer issues
