Murrieta Volkswagen, a premier Volkswagen center in Southern California is looking for Client Care Representatives for a ground floor opportunity in our Client Care Center (Sales). You must be committed to complete customer satisfaction while functioning in a fast paced and results oriented environment.

Description:

The Customer Care Representative handles inbound sales calls, performs outbound sales calls and confirms solid & specific sales appointments.  Perform follow-up calls on sales appointment no-shows. Multiple positions available. Full-time only. No cold calling / telemarketing involved.

Requirements:

2 years call center or inside / retail sales experience. Personality!! Must be articulate. Professional appearance & work ethic.
