Job Description

Responsible to consistently and profitably meet new vehicle sale quotas. Maintain proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types and motivate the sales team. Responsible for hiring , training and monitoring team member performance. Assist Sales Associates in the potential closing deals. Complete customer follow-up. Monitor all three areas of Traffic; Showroom, E-Commerce and Phones.

Requirements

2+ years of previous automotive dealership Sales Management Proven CSI Excellent communication skills Computer literacy Must have a valid state driver’s license Must meet company’s requirements for employment
