Qualified individuals must be organized, process driven, goal oriented and must possess strong computer skills. Must have a commitment to leading by example and building a winning team through hands-on training and management of the department. Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have Nissan experience and a history of managing and growing a successful service department.
