We have an immediate opening for a career oriented, highly talented sales person. If you have an interest in automobiles, you possess excellent writing, verbal and customer service skills, I'd like to hear from you. We are planning for next generation management and we would like to find a candidate that is excellent at selling automobiles but capable of growing into Finance and Sales Management. A college degree is a plus and the ability to speak Spanish is a definite advantage. Auto Sales experience is not necessary. We are located in Oracle, Arizona about 25 miles north of Tucson. Oracle Ford is a family run dealership with a great group of loyal employees and customers. Our sales staff is amongst the most tenured in the nation. Our sales consultants sell both New and Used vehicles. We offer an excellent, commission based pay plan, paid vacation, a 401k plan and health benefits. An average sales person will likely earn $45,000 - $60,000 their first year, however, the truly hard working and talented can make considerably more.
