Autobody Working Shop Foreman / Assistant Manager

with extensive autobody and management experience

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated to exceed customers’ expectations. Must also be an excellent team player, adaptable, reliable with the ability to work independently, while also having strong organizational and time management skills. The candidate must be comfortable working under pressure with a varying schedule to meet deadlines and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Description:

Oversee the Bodyshop and be responsible for the shop in the absence of the Manager  Be responsible for quality & safety control and customer satisfaction of completed jobs  Will be required to perform estimations for customers and Insurance companies Supervise, schedule, train, monitor, and coach staff.  Assist in the shop where needed

Job Requirements:

Must be a Certified Autobody Technician Experience with estimating software.  Current valid driver’s license
