Midwest KIA in Wichita, KS, a leading Import Dealer, is in need of a strong Parts Manager with a background of success as an Import Parts Department. Candidates should be energetic, dynamic, results-oriented leader who will assume the responsibility for the development and performance of the Parts Department. Candidates should have minimum of 1 year recent or current parts management experience.

Job Duties:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department Hire, train, motivate, and supervise parts staff Track record of success of high CSI Meet monthly forecasts and profits for parts department Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
