MINI of Knoxville, part of the locally owned Grayson family of dealerships, is currently interviewing for a Pre-Owned Retail Sales Manager. We have expanded our inventory and sales staff to accommodate a growing dealership. We are located on the same property as our BMW franchise and have the benefit of over 130 pre-owned units as well as a great selection of imports and domestics.  We are looking for a motivated, energetic, goal oriented professional with a proven track record. Job duties include desking deals, evaluating trades, acquiring inventory, managing advertising, recruiting, and sales staff training.
