Buildings & Grounds Manager
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Summary: To keep buildings clean & in orderly condition
Part Time Position: 30-35 Hours per week
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
Gathers and empties trash.
Services, cleans and supplies restrooms.
Cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.
Mows and trims lawns and shrubbery and cleans debris from grounds.
Notifies General Manager concerning the need for major repairs.
