Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant for the Niello Company, you will be contributing to the success of our team by:

Exhibiting a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Knowing and understanding the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales. Keeping abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Reviewing and analyzing actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. Meeting the goals and performance standards designated by the Niello Management team.

Requirements

Successful Niello Sales Consultants meet the following criteria:

Previous experience and/or exposure in a sales environment Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and phone) Professional appearance Ability to quickly and confidently build relationships Excellent negotiation skills and an aptitude to lead and persuade others Results & process driven; continually seeks learning and improvement opportunities  Clean DMV/insurable; drug free (pre-employment drug testing required)
