Highline Import Dealer Western Washington has an immediate and rare opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a successful, high productive used vehicle department. We are a private capital highly profitable dealership located in Western Washington outside of Seattle Washington. Beautiful newer facility with no limitations!

The right candidate will have strong commitment to success, highest level of integrity and ability to interact effectively with customers and other department managers. This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge and experience in all phases of used vehicle operation.

Requirements:

A self-starter who has been successful in working with and leading others.  You must be knowledgeable, confident, fast-paced and independent.  You must be a detailed manager with a high battery and energy that will inspect what you expect from department personnel. A leader and communicator committed to customer satisfaction and department profits.  Must have strong communication skill with customers as well as department personnel.  Must have high computer literacy, able to use multiple applications and train same.  Must have marketing and advertising experience with success.  Professionalism, ethical practices, strong organizational skills, and a team player.  A results oriented person with a history of achievement.

The ideal Pre-Owned Manager applicant will be living in the Puget Sound area or Pacific Northwest with current or recent highline experience as an active Pre-Owned Manager in a fast pace environment. The department has a very large inventory of quality used vehicles with a 45-60 day turn.

Base pay and net plan with performance bonus. Excellent benefits available. This is a six figure opportunity for the right individual.
