Industrial Supplies Salesperson

The applicant will be responsible:

Internet Industrial Supplies Sales Consultant
Answer inbound calls to sell products and give an excellent customer service standards.
Resolves customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions utilizing the most common sources of information.
Consults with other associates to locate alternative sources of information.
Provides customer service, in accordance with our company standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicates customer concerns to management to ensure the most effective and lasting problem resolution.
Resolves basic credit and collection issues to enhance customer service.
Responds to customer non-telephone inquiries and takes appropriate action based on customer, product and sales knowledge.
Provides customer service using email and the Internet.

The candidate must be:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to navigate the Internet
Enjoy working with people
Be able to use Microsoft Office and preferable have experience/interest in industrial supplies.
The applicant should be energetic and self driven, and be focusing on customers necessities
Be efficient and able to negotiate the quoted products, and one of his/her functions will be meet with customers, and contact new customers.
It is not necessary for the candidate to be a citizen, as long as they can legally work in the U.S.
Be willing to travel to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico. to get new customers and be in contact with them.
