This is a fast paced position that requires excellent automotive knowledge and the ability to make quick decisions. This person must give attention to detail and possess good multi-tasking skills. Excellent customer skills, first rate phone skills and a good memory are a requirement.

This independent shop is a “team” shop with an impeccable reputation. All employees are paid hourly. This is a drug free business and a drug test and background check will be required.

Field phone calls Use of the Mitchell1 Manager Software to: Schedule appointments Update customer records Create Repair Orders, Estimates, Invoices Order Parts Receive payments Targeted marketing campaigns Organize and reconcile parts invoices and statements
