We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with exceptional customer service to help run operations of the full service car wash & oil change. You will be responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the detailing facility. Assist with vehicle cleaning and detailing. Manages inventory and handles customer complaints as deemed appropriate by the Manager. Assists in staffing and training for the detail facility. Handles scheduling for all detailing 7 oil change personnel. Contributes to building of team environment. Assists the Manager in managing day to day operations of the car wash / oil change. May assume some of Manager's duties in the absence of the Manager.

Experience required:

MUST HAVE CAR WASH DETAILING / OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE!!! Anticipate, troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical, production, employee, and customer issues Focus on staffing, training and developing a team environment on an on-going basis Focus on maximizing the customer's experience and building customer relations Assists Manager in maintaining employee's focus on safety and safety procedures through ongoing training Fluent in English and Spanish is a must Detail Oriented  Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, preferable the car wash and automotive detailing industry. Be able to work flexible and long hours Be willing to work weekends and some holidays Have a proven track record
