Smith Auto Group is a privately owned and operated dealer group located in Jane, MO. This is a 6 figure income with base plus commission.
Live and work in beautiful Northwest Arkansas (NWA). This is the Sixth fastest growing

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 year experience in dealership management
Passionate about customer retention and CSI
Passionate about team building and employee retention
Volume builder in sales through grass roots, digital, and traditional marketing
Must play an active role within the community
