Lithia is looking for a dynamic Office Manager for one of our Salem, Oregon Offices. The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient management of day to day office operations, accurate financial accounting and administrative team development within the organization.
 
The position responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • The ability to develop and grow high performing teams
  • Manage and supervise accounting and administrative functions and develop strong processes
  • Gather and report data accurately and timely
  • Work closely with high performing revenue producers to analyze productivity, efficiency, and expense opportunities
  • Communicate professionally to support performance within departments
 
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • BS in accounting or business management preferred or commensurate experience
  • 3 years minimum experience in management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
