- Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive technician
- Shall hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record for the last 5 years
- Shall have own tools
- Shall be self-motivated
- Shall have a working knowledge of shop equipment, diagnostic equipment, a/c equipment, etc.
- ASE certification a plus but not required.
