You Must Be: |
- A rare individual with 3+ years of experience as General Sales Manager retailing 150+ per month.
- Exceptional talent to complete a highly creative sales management team.
- Unassailable honesty and integrity.
- Deeply experienced and savvy in Used Vehicle operations with a proven track record of success, leadership and character.
- Possessed of real charm and eager to engage our clientele with positive energy.
- Enthusiastic and creative talent who can earn the respect and affection of a seasoned sales crew.

Specific Responsibilities: |
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations
- Oversee New Car, Used Car, and Finance Departments
- Train sales staff to promote customer satisfaction
- Train staff to handle buyers objections
- Ensure that every employee has the opportunity to succeed

Sales Responsibilities: |
- Generate and continually strive to increase retail sales both new and used
- Establish and implement individual and department goals
- Hire, train, and motivate sales department personnel
- Plan and execute sales advertising programs
- Maintain daily sales and production records
- Review sales performance while evaluating personnel on regular basis.
