Automotive Service Advisor - Bilingual - Classified Ad
Full Service Auto Repair/Car Outlet is a retail based organization with several lines of business. Due to recent growth, we currently have an opening for a Service Advisor in Waukegan.
The Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating repairs of customer vehicles. Communicates with customers in person and over the phone regarding repairs, estimates and warranty information. Advises customer of recommended repairs and produces written estimate. Dispatches cars to Technicians.
The majority of our customers speak Spanish only, therefore all Service Advisors must be bilingual with the ability to speak fluently in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
Experience in the Automotive Services industry preferred
Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is required
