| Applicant must possess knowledge in all phases of dealership F&I operations, including arranging finance and funding. Must have superior customer relationship skills and be willing to work with other employees for the mutual benefit of the dealership. Ethics and integrity a must. |
| Sell product, arrange financing, and schedule funding. Must have Professional “neat” appearance and be capable of performing in a fast pace environment. Outstanding Pay Plan - 17% of income generated starting with deal one. 90 day guarantee. |
